This group is open for all Gather members, regardless of their gender, religion or sexual orientation, and dedicated to all the Christian women of all times, ancient, medieval and modern. Its aim is to cover such subjects as Bible, Christian history, patristic, hagiography (life of saints), theology, worship, etc., related to women or represented from women's point of view. Among the topics suggested for discussion are women's status in church and family, women's equality, their impact in Christian life and their unique spiritual experiences. Articles on controversial subjects, like Christian Gnosticism, Sophia, sacred feminine, women priesthood, Da Vinci Code etc., are also welcomed. The more interesting material, the better! :-) The only rule is to be polite and respectful towards our neighbors, following the rule of Christ: "So whatever you wish that men/women would do to you, do so to them; for this is the law and the prophets"...
